TERMS OF USE

What is ALLOWED with Once Upon A Hoop Designs:

You may create finished goods for personal items and gifts. 

• You may create finished goods for sale on sites such as Etsy in limited quantities - NO Mass Production (less than 500 quantity).

• You may alter the design, however, the copyright of the file still remains with Once Upon A Hoop Designs. 

  • If you edit, re-size or customize a file in any way, we cannot guarantee the quality of the design.

• You may decorate, personalize and "add to" blank designs.

 What is NOT allowed with Once Upon A Hoop Designs:

• You may not use design files for mass production. Over 500 is considered mass production. 

• You may not copy, trade, transfer, edit, share or resell Once Upon A Hoop files.  This includes files you have modified or adjusted.

• You may not create a new digital file and claim that as your own (such as SVG files).

• You may not share your log-in information to share design files. 

• You may not use sample photos from the Site without permission from the Site owner. 

• You may not share files under any circumstances, even if those files were given for free.

All copyright of files and art is held by Once Upon A Hoop Designs and those designers of the art used.  Buyers are given a single use license with each file.  These files are intended for small, at-home based businesses and hobbyists.  If you would like to inquire about a commercial license please send an email to onceuponahoop@gmail.com.  

 

We do not provide technical support for your machine or software. You must know how to use embroidery files. This includes unzipping your files and moving them to your machine.  Facebook groups, google and Youtube are excellent resources.
